As for the questions you have:
Seat: I lifted the front of mine for better comfort. See my Tips pages for how to do this. Also, scan the forum for AirHawk & gel seats, etc.
Horn: I put on a car horn (with the battery connected, ignition off obviously). See my Tips pages for that. It's black and you can hardly see it. It's also loud as hell.
Buy the Clymer manual online or on eBay. Make the move and get it. You'll be happy you did.
Tires: You can put on different size tires. Scan the forum to see what others have said. I bought tires from Dennis Kirk, don't know the size off the top of my head, but I know the rear is a bit taller (bigger). The original rear is a rare size.
